The Role of Work Culture on Job Stability through the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment: A case Study of Organizations Operating in The Blue Nile Region

Abstract

The current study aimed to investigate the role of work culture on job stability through the mediating role of organizational commitment in companies operating in the Blue Nile region. The study used a descriptive period. Additionally roach, and a questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. The study sample consisted of (60) individuals, and the data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results showed appositive relationship between work culture and organizational commitment, where work culture encourages cooperation, innovation and effective communication, which enhances organizational commitment among employees. The results also showed that organizational commitment plays an important role in enhancing job stability, where employees who feel a sense of belonging to the organization tend to stay in their job for a loner period. Additionally, the results showed that organizational values and ethics that encourage positive behavior enhance organizational commitment and stability. The reached several recommendations, including Companies should focus on enhancing work culture that encourages cooperation, innovation and effective communication through a supportive and motivating work environment. Companies should enhance organizational commitment among employees by providing opportunities for development, promotion and recognition of employee achievement. Companies should focus on enhancing their values and ethics by providing necessary training and development for employees and encouraging positive behavior. Companies should pay attention to evaluating organizational commitment and stability periodically by conducting necessary studies and surveys to enhance continuous understanding and improvement.
